Maryann Lemmo is a trained esthetician working in Campbell, California. For more than five years, she has offered advanced skin care and noninvasive body treatments to patients at the cosmetic surgery offices of Dr. R. Laurence Berkowitz. Ms. Lemmo specializes in procedures, such as Envy Medical, Inc.’s SilkPeel Dermalinfusion, a medical-grade microdermabrasion technique. She achieves a rejuvenated glow from a patient’s skin through first exfoliating surface abnormalities. This allows the prescribed skin treatments to deeply penetrate and stimulate collagen production. SilkPeel treatments soften lines from sun damage, evening out skin pigmentation and increasing smoothness and radiance.

Maryann Lemmo also studied Sound Surgical Technologies’ Vaser Shape procedures, which utilize ultrasound frequencies to warm up and micromassage the fatty layers beneath the skin. This noninvasive massage therapy and ultrasound treatment enhances lymphatic drainage of toxins and lipids, increases blood circulation, and temporarily smoothes the skin, easing the appearance of cellulite. Ms. Lemmo recommends Vaser Shape to patients as an extremely safe procedure with very few side effects. She plans to study advanced Vaser Shape procedures in Florence, Italy.

Maryann Lemmo appreciates classic horror films, such as Dracula, and has experience in creating her own spine-tingling cinematic works. Touring old Hollywood studios where the original horror movies were filmed, she has viewed the original werewolf costume of golden-era Hollywood. Ms. Lemmo also enjoys the suspense and horror films of Alfred Hitchcock, holding a complete collection of the noted British director’s works.
