Mary Carty

Mary Carty is an award winning entrepreneur with a background in the arts, education and business development. Working with leading international companies, arts and cultural institutions, universities and non-profits over the past ten years; Mary is a recognised leader in the digital and startup space. Her passion is bringing entrepreneurial thinking and vision to the creative sector; to create self-sustaining models for the next generation of artists, organisations and audience.

In 2009, she was awarded a prestigious place on the first Enterprise Ireland, Internet Growth Acceleration Programme (iGap) where she was mentored by Sean Ellis (Dropbox), Oren Michels (Mashery), Jonathan Dillon (Yahoo) and Ed Bussey (ZYB).

She is an outstanding mentor and advisor to startups partiucularly in the creative and digital sectors. An invited "Dragon" at Nordic Game in 2012 and 2013 with investors Doug Richard, Ian Brunswick and Paul Heydon. Mary is regularly invited to write and lecture about marketing, startups and innovation.

Last year, Mary was invited to contribute to "Growing Pains", an entrepreneurial development programme for Transmedia producers from Denmark and Sweden.

Mary is CEO of award winning digital agency Spoiltchild.com and is cofounder of email marketing service Toddle.com.
