Mary-Lynn is the Manager of Client Services at ProQuest SIPX where she brings focus and leadership to the next level of client services by engaging deep relationship-building between products and the people who use them.

In her previous work, she launched web products ranging from an in-minutes delivery service for scientific articles to a computer science review journal read by students worldwide. At SIPX, she's working on transforming the copyright ecosystem in higher education.

Mary-Lynn is a Canadian transplanted to Northern California, now living near the beach. Her Instagram is full of cats, as required by law.
