Matt Hamilton

As an accomplished broker of equity derivatives, Matt Hamilton has served with the Phoenix Partners Group of New York City since 2008. During that time, he has strengthened the company's relationships with banks, market makers, and other financial entities involved in the processing of options trades. As a result, Matt Hamilton has secured accounts with such industry leaders as Barclay's Capital and Merrill Lynch, on whose behalf he has executed and overseen numerous trades in an intense and demanding environment.

Matt Hamilton comes to his current role following a successful two-year tenure with derivatives trading firm Collins Stewart, LLC. Previously, he brokered trades for Burlington Capital Markets and Tullett Liberty Securities, sequentially. Mr. Hamilton began his career following his graduation from the University of Virginia (UVA), where he pursued a dual major in economics and English literature. He has also secured series 7, 55, and 63 licenses, each issued by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He conducts each trade in compliance with all regulations set forth by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and other governing bodies.
