Matthew graduated from the Full Sail University where he attained a degree in recording engineering.

He's currently serving as the founder of Smokin Thighs, a new Food truck in the Nashville, TN area.

He's also a Recording Engineer and fan of anything with a motor.

If you're lucky, you'll find him the behind a grill whipping up something delicious. It could be anything from one of his favorite pork recipes to the tasty Cajun BBQ wings that anyone can enjoy.
