Hi, I'm Matthew Rathbun and I've called Fredericksburg, VA home for my entire life. I've found it to be an incredible place to raise a family. My wife Jennifer and I have been married for over 20 years and have raise three daughters in #FXBG.

Together Jett and I enjoy engaging people online, cooking, laughing and mastering all things Apple. (Oh, who's Jett? He's only the most awesome Golden Retrieve in the world).

To support my family and my hobbies, I'm the Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Elite. As a Real Estate Broker I help introduce people to my hometown and help our area Realtors find the best tools and resources to help their clients in the real estate transaction. In between all of that we serve at Grace Church of Fredericksburg where we've been members for over 20 years. My wife Jennifer volunteers at the Fredericksburg Pregnancy Help center in between homeschooling the two kids left at home and stalking the 1 kid who is away at college.
