Matt Kiser is the Senior Manager, Editorial Operations at Forbes Magazine. As a digital media professional, he's shaping the future of music and media through innovation and technology. He specializes in product development, project management, content strategy, solving consumer needs, and developing strategies for increasing user engagement.

He works closely with editors, designers, sales and marketing managers, producers and web developers to manage the execution of digital content and products from initial conception, through development and delivery, ensuring that all stakeholders' needs are met. In 2012, he was recognized by Hypebot, a music and technology blog, as one of the the Best And Brightest Music Industry Minds On Twitter, and was a nominee for Billboard Magazine's annual 40 Under 40 list.

He created the daily music news aggregator site Ghetto Web Blaster.

Previously, he was the digital product manager at SPIN Magazine, as well as the radio and retail charts manager at the College Music Journal, entertainment editor at the award-winning student newspaper, The Orion, and general manager for the nationally recognized student radio station, KCSCradio.com. He completed the NYU Digital Media Marketing graduate certificate in 2009. And, was part of the first-ever Entrepreneurial Journalism program at CUNY in 2011, which was led by Jeff Jarvis and Jeremy Caplan. He graduated from California State University, Chico in 2007 with a degree in both Journalism and American Studies.
