Maura Machold

Maura Machold is a Chelmsford, Massachusetts, human resources professional with 20 years of personnel administration experience. She is currently part of the HR department at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From February 2008 to July 2010, Ms. Machold served as Vice President of Human Resources for Sun Life Financial where she managed specialized teams of employees working in Canada, Ireland, and the United States.

A graduate of Saint Michael's College in Winooski, Vermont, Maura Machold got her professional start in the field of human resources as an Account Controller at Filene's Basement in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

In addition to her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Michael's, Ms. Machold holds several specialty degrees and industry credentials including a Human Resources Certificate from Bentley College and a Behavioral Interviewing Certificate from Behavioral Technology. Ms. Machold is active with a number of charitable organizations in the Chelmsford, MA area that support people suffering with cancer or debilitating physical disabilities. She is also an avid outdoor enthusiast who can often be found hiking, kayaking, sailing, or simply enjoying a day at the beach with her three children. Maura Machold's international travels have brought her to Mexico, France, Italy, India, China, Japan, the Caribbean Islands and other exotic locations all over the globe.
