Max Heywood

Formerly Global Head of Employer Brand at Credit Suisse I have spent the last 10 years running HR programs for Investment Banks, previously JPMorgan, HSBC and UBS. 

My experience is centred in HR Brand and Technology, spanning Graduate and Experienced Professional Recruitment, Internal Mobility initiatives, Employee Communications, HR Systems and HR Transformation programs. 

I have worked on both client and agency side. I began my career as an Account Manager at EURO RSCG, and went on to successfully co-found my own digital marketing agency, before moving across to the client side to manage global agency partnerships and run recruitment marketing operations. 

In my spare time I write a Posterous blog on Social Media topics and manage the LinkedIn Talent, Brand and Communications group.
