Maya Sheppard

Maya discovered her passion for helping others create emotionally and spiritually enriched lives after spending most of her life thinking that external circumstances would make her happy. When she realized she wasn’t getting any happier, she sought the help of a wise spiritual teacher and learned that love and joy were already inside of her and were hers to receive, create, and share.

As Maya continues to learn about how life really works, she is determined to share that knowledge with others and help them navigate life’s ups and downs without losing their inner foundation of love and joy. She believes the key to discovering one’s passion and purpose in life starts with connecting to one’s true inner self on a spiritual level.
