Monica Carvajal Regidor

Hello!

My name is Monica and I’m a third year returner to the Peer Advisor position. I am a senior music therapy major with an emphasis in clarinet and a minor in women, gender, and sexuality studies. I am from San Jose, Costa Rica. I play guitar and piano and I am also a part of the KU Symphonic Band and Women's Chorale. I love cats and pugs, and I'm a proud owner of an adorable bunny. In my free time I like to watch Netflix and makeup tutorials on YouTube, as well as practice calligraphy and paint. I have been to Germany, Austria, Italy, and Spain and have lived in both Costa Rica and the U.S. I speak Spanish and English fluently, and have completed all four semesters of American Sign Language at KU.
