Meirion Williams
User Experience Designer
Meirion Williams joined City University London in 2009 as a research associate at the Centre for Human Computer Interaction Design. He holds a Masters degree with distinction in Human Centred Systems from City University London. His thesis focused on the design, build and evaluation of a multi-touch interactive surface.
This work was recognised and awarded the 2009 Outstanding Project Prize, and has been showcased at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay’s annual ‘Techfest’ show.
Meirion has industrial experience in positions as IT Manager and Internet Project Manager, as well as freelance internet consultant. His current research interests are focused around multi-touch interaction and the natural user interface, and the use of technology in creative design groups.
