Experience is a deep, immersive dive into another person's life. The value of learning from others' experiences is one of the most important things I've learned and the reason why I love the Classics. So many of the world's most insightful and beautiful works are written in Greek and Latin, and the first-hand reading of such languages is an incredible feeling. Experiencing human history through the written word, art, and archaeology is the ultimate field of study for me.
