I am self taught as a pencil artist with a talent for drawing realistic portraits and various other subjects (my most recent work is featured here, check out deviantArt for more!). I also took up watercolor painting with help from other painters. I'm also interested in other forms of art such as nail art and anime. Sometimes I will go for a nice photo as well but do not really consider myself a photographer.

I'm also a supporter and believer in holistic medicine. After suffering from hyperthyroidism for 8 years, traditional medicine was leaving me unsatisfied, feeling worse by the day, and trapped. Simply put, the medicine PTU (or Propylthiouracil) is toxic, so is radiation, and I wasn't being offered anything better. In an act of desperation, I looked for a cure and found it in natural alternatives.

Now, although I have a known history of hyperthyroidsm, I have not taken any pharmacy medicine or had any symptoms from it for over 7 years! Basically, if you look after yourself, your diet, and give the body what it needs to function, it will take care of itself. It takes more than apple a day, but this is what I needed to cure (or atleast put into remission) an 'incurable' autoimmune disease. The sad part to me is that the doctors I used to see can't explain or understand this.

If I could help anyone reading this, if you ever feel stuck in a similar situation, before you give in to surgery or taking pills for the rest of your life - you have another option, give holistic medicine a chance.
