Eleven years ago I set out on a journey to pursue the passion I have for hairstyling. I wanted to learn as much as I possibly could and it became my personal mission to be one of the best. In those eleven years I worked in salons along the West Coast honing my skills and strengthening my craft, thus allowing me the rare opportunity to work with some of the best educators and stylists in the industry. Perhaps you're familiar with companies such as: Toni & Guy, Bumble and Bumble, Wella, Goldwell and Oribe. Not only was I receiving an education, I was also an 'in-salon' educator for five years. Was it not Oppenheimer who is quoted as saying, "the best way to learn is to teach"? I couldn't agree more.
