While I have loved the last eight years I have spent as a classroom teacher, I'm incredibly excited to be working as an elementary instructional coach in D62! I look forward to working with many of you to help unit plan, co-teach, model lessons, find resources, provide support with new technologies, analyze data, and help with action plans. A little about me:
- I always wanted to be in education, & both of my parents were educators
- I grew up in a small town (like the type country songs were made of haha)
- I love to cook & am always trying some new recipe
- I just bought my first condo!
- I love to travel (I've been to 19 different countries)
- Accessories are my weakness--shoes, jewelry, belts, you name it :)
- I am a big Chicago sports fan
- I'm an avid reader
- Any where with a beach makes me happy!
