Meredith Kaplan

Meredith is the Senior Director of Howard-Sloan Professional Search, specializing in IT Placements for both contract and direct hire employment opportunities. She works on a collaborative team of experienced industry professionals who are intelligent, charismatic and spirited. Her goal is to be a resource for both candidates and clients to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

Outside of work, Meredith volunteers her time as a TEDx organizer and helps run a grassroots art and music label called A mini Tribe. She is strongly interested in hosting and developing meet-up groups in the tech and creative communities. Meredith has a light-hearted, genuine approach to recruiting talent. She is interested in creating a long standing relationship based on trust and active listening.
