If you would like to have a peaceful, easy, feeling and sleep well - it's actually easy. 1) Mentally: Simply do the right thing for the right reason. Yes, "right" is subjective, but you know. 2) Physically: Spend about 25% of your day outside and active. 3) Spiritually: Believe what you want, but for the right reasons - no guilt, no bitterness, no revenge. 4) if your words, action, beliefs are all in alignment - you're good to go.
