I am dedicated to reimagining the relationship between organizations and the people they serve through the lens of collaboration, design and technology. As a practitioner and independent consultant specializing in human-centered design (HCD) and user experience (UX), I work with organizations in a range of sectors to help them better understand, serve and collaborate with their stakeholders. In addition to co-founding Civic Tech Toronto (http://civictech.ca) and leading Canada's first Civic Design Camp in Toronto in 2015, my professional experience includes more than 15 years in the public and private sectors working on UX, innovation, capacity-building and engagement.
I hold an honours Bachelor of the Arts degree in English and History from the University of Ottawa in addition to certifications in user experience (UX) design and data analytics.
