Since 2008, Mia Gribble has served as the General Manager for Scott's Bar and Grill owned by Restaurants Unlimited. During her career with the company, which operates restaurants throughout the United States, Gribble has established a reputation for using creative promotions to increase sales and cut costs. Mia Gribble has managed two Restaurants Unlimited restaurants. She began her career at Maggie Bluffs in Seattle. In 2012, she transferred to a position at Scott’s Bar and Grill in Edmonds, Washington. Scott’s Bar and Grill employs a staff of 55 people and generates $4.2 million in sales every year. Recently, Scott’s Bar and Grill was named one of the area’s “Top 10 Lunch Spots.”

At Maggie Bluffs, Mia Gribble increased beer sales, developed a signature cocktail, and oversaw a remodel of the restaurant’s bar area. Her efforts earned her the Restaurants Unlimited Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2012, and the firm honored her at its annual General Manager Awards dinner. At Scott’s Bar and Grill, she has continued to innovate in order to increase sales. She has built partnerships with liquor companies and has created a new signature cocktail for the restaurant. Since the spring of 2012, Mia Gribble has cut costs by 2.2 percent while increasing sales by 1.3 percent. She carefully controls inventory and food costs while improving customer experience.

Mia Gribble plans to continue working as a General Manager in the restaurant industry. She enjoys the challenge of controlling costs while creating compelling marketing campaigns. She prefers to work in fast-paced, high-end dining establishments.
