I have been a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company where I worked for 23 years. I now help scale up non-profits on behalf of their funders.

At McKinsey I led various practices over the years, chronologically Outsourcing & Offshoring, Insurance IT & Operations, Value Assurance (large program management and turnaround), the Business Technology Knowledge Committee overseeing all knowledge investments, practices and investments.

Most of my client work related to the transformation of large organizations support functions using multiple levers (e.g., offshoring, lean management, Global Business Services, digitization, outsourcing).

I have also done quite some strategy and product roadmap work for high-tech companies and worked on Fintech issues.
