Michael Jones

I am the founding editor of JAYE, a digital lifestyle magazine, which reinforces the idea that college is more than the classroom with a diverse mix of fashion, beauty, news, culture and reportage for thousands of young woman across the world.

While I'd like for people to think that I'm an amazing story generator, line editor and people manager, the truth is I have the great fortune of working with some of the most selfless, creative and ambitious people who not only create great content for our readers, but make me look like a genius in the process.

I also occasionally blog on my personal site The Style Professor, volunteer when my schedule allows and counsel aspiring journalists with the hope that I can be as good to someone as the friends, relatives, instructors, teachers and mentors have been to me in my growth and development.

I tweet a lot (45 times per day, to be exact!) about everything from fashion, sports, culture and politics to candy, my six-year-old nephew, magazines and General Hospital. I'm a huge supporter of personal style and try to translate that outlook in the way that I present myself to the world.

I love to laugh and am a voracious consumer of information. If it's out there I wanna know about it. Hopefully you leave here knowing a little more about me.
