I'm a Human Resources Business Partner with Mobiquity, where I am responsible for employee relations, project resourcing, and organizational development in the engineering organization, in addition to compensation management for our entire global organization. I transitioned into this role after having spent just under two years building our engineering organization, which is headquartered in Gainesville, Florida.

For me, a background in, and passion for, the social sciences and for sales coalesced perfectly into a human resources career. Business, people, and technology find their intersection at HR, and I think that's just great. After several years of territory sales experience with a mid-tier ice cream manufacturer and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Philosophy, Psychology & English Lit, I spent a few years at a tech recruiting agency before "going corporate" and joining Mobiquity.

My personal interests include music, both classic & contemporary American literature, serial television dramas, my two dogs, and a good glass of wine/bourbon/microbrew. I have an extremely tight-knit group of friends and family without whom I would very likely not be where I am today. I'm bad at saying things like that directly, so hopefully some of them will see this page.
