With more than 20 years of experience in financial advising and investment banking, Michael Araluce is a proven Southern California-based executive. With a career jumpstarted by former Fidelity Investments (FMR LLC) Executive Vice President, Michael Araluce received a personal offer of employment from Harvey Baraban to work at Baraban Securities, Inc. Michael Araluce worked for the company for eight years, during which time he maintained compliance records and produced innovative investing strategies for clients. Michael Araluce next took his talents to Atlas Securities. As a Financial Consultant, Mr. Araluce led new product initiatives and worked closely with senior managers to ensure every product met the current market demand. Michael Araluce began his span in traditional banking by working at Cal Fed Investments where he received the Producer of the Year award presented by Pacific Life Insurance Company. Michael Araluce also won a Franklin Funds award and consistently exceeded bank and investment sales goals for California. In 1999, Michael Araluce transitioned to Washington Mutual (now part of JPMorgan Chase & Co.) where he reversed the downward slide of several branches and brought them to profitability, handled complex compliance issues and ?144? and ?144r' stock accounts. During a decorated six years as Senior Vice President at Bank of America, N.A., Michael Araluce won several awards. Chief Executive Officer Ken Lewis personally presented the President Council Award to Michael Araluce for his superb record of performance. He also earned recognition as the GE Capital Top Producer award for six consecutive years. Michael Araluce supports charitable causes including the Orangewood Children's Foundation, Mariners Church, and the Los Angele Mission.
