Michael Baaden

Baaden supervises the sales team and contributes to all sales efforts while coordinating product delivery and repair contract services. He gained his initial insight into the industry as a Sales Representative with Reliable Office Machines in the late-1990s. During this time, Michael Baaden attended the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Political Science. He participated in several extracurricular activities while at the institution, including flag football, the weightlifting club, and the Phi Alpha Delta academic fraternity.

After earning his undergraduate degree, Michael Baaden attended Dowling College to pursue a career in education. He supplemented his studies by working as a Teacher's Assistant in a local elementary school. He earned his Master of Science in Elementary Education and embarked on his teaching career with the New York City Department of Education in 1999. Working with fourth grade students, Michael Baaden designed effective lesson plans and assessments that led to an impressive passing rate of nearly 95 percent. With his classroom success, he taught teacher workshops and was used as a model for teacher training. To enhance his teaching acumen, Baaden continued his studies at The College of St. Rose, obtaining an advanced certificate in administration and supervision.

An active member of The Journey Church and Lighthouse Tabernacle Church, Michael Baaden participates on the softball team and frequently volunteers with various charitable programs, including addiction recovery and homeless outreach. Baaden spends his free time hiking and mountain biking.
