Human resources consultant, author, speaker, teacher, advisor, athlete, husband, father, with visions (illusions) of greatness. I have a great intellectual curiosity. I work with small and midsize businesses to improve their human resources practices in order to help them hire better, keep the best and to stay out of trouble with the government. I am a reader of biographies, especially those of Presidents, in particular Theodore Roosevelt. I am a big fan of David McCullough's work. I also read histories, science and other books many people considert "curious". I bicycle, walk, run (albeit slower), spin and weight train. Happily married to a wonderful woman who is bright, beautiful, loving, and the hardest working person I know. I have two children who have grown to be very find adults.
