I am currently an Area Supervisor w/ McDonald's supervising overall operations of a patch of restaurants in Shreveport, Louisiana.
My side hustle (as some like to call it) and passion is Real Estate Investing. I am truly committed to growing my Real Estate Investing business by utilizing multiple profitable strategies.
Real Estate Experience
Currently I own seven rental properties in the Shreveport/Bossier City, Louisiana area. My current strategy is to purchase distressed or undervalued properties rehab these properties and hold them as rentals in my portfolio. This is the strategy that I used on all of my properteis thus far. I have had my ups and downs but I have pushed through and this strategy fits currently. Moving forward in 2016 my goal is to purchase 6 rental units at a minimum using a mixture of partnerships, creative financing and commercial lending.
I am deeply passionate about networking and meeting like-minded individuals who are acting ethically, morally and legally.
Also, I am actively searching to build a relationships with private money lenders, partners, JV deals, etc... I am looking to grow my business and partner with individuals who are looking to receive a consistent higher than average returns on their money. 2016 is going to be a profitable year so if your interested in working together email me so we can arrange something that is profitable for both of us.
