I earn my keep as a startup lawyer working in San Francisco/Silicon Valley with technology-focused companies and the investors that finance them. I'm fortunate to partner with enterprising entrepreneurs building new technologies. I also advise angel and venture capital investors when backing other startups. More importantly I'm a lucky husband and father of two (three if you count our Ridgeback). If I had free time, I'd golf, hike, play basketball or volleyball and cope with my addiction to Notre Dame athletics.
