I was trained by Texas Supreme Mortgage as a loan officer. The training was very intense. From reading W-2's to understanding credit reports, and debt to income ratios. Then I was employed by Roger Suurmeyer Appraisal company, and the training I received from this company helped me to develop my eyes to see value and defects in properties. Being trained by these two companies and the wealth of knowledge that I have received is what has developed me into a young real estate investor - so please understand that when you hire me to work on your behalf, I'm not the average real estate agent.
