I teach, research and consult within a number of marketing-related themes, including marketing strategy, sport marketing, sport business development & sales, branding, and sponsorship. I am based at the SportBusiness International-ranked University of San Francisco in California, while also working with the FInancial Times-ranked Gordon Institute of Business Science in South Africa. My work is focused on assisting students, managers and clients enhance their competitiveness, especially when it comes to acquiring, growing and retaining profitable customers and fans.
