Michael Schneickert

Private wealth management expert Michael Schneickert contributes to the charitable activities of several community and nonprofit organizations, including the Japanese American National Museum, Easter Seals, Habitat for Humanity, the Maloof Foundation, the Mothers' Club Family Learning Center, and the Armory Center for the Arts. Schneickert supports Pasadena Heritage as well, an organization committed to the preservation of historic Pasadena architecture and cultural landmarks.

Michael Schneickert is also involved in the Pasadena Community Foundation as Chair of the foundation's Finance Committee and a member of its Board of Directors. With a dedication to the community of Pasadena and its cultural heritage, in recent years, Schneickert oversaw the restoration of a 100-year old property listed in the National Register of Historic Places as a historic monument.

Outside his philanthropic activities, Michael Schneickert enjoys a successful career in the financial services industry. In 2006, he was named by California CEO Magazine as one of the top 50 financial advisors practicing in the state of California. Schneickert currently works out of the Los Angeles offices of UBS Financial Services, where he serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Managing Director in Private Wealth Management, a role he has held since 2008. During his 23-year career, he has acted as a Managing Director at Citigroup Global Markets and as a Principal at Morgan Stanley & Co.

Prior to his career in finance, Schneickert completed a 10-year tour of duty with the United States Navy and Naval Reserve as a jet pilot, attaining the rank of Lieutenant. Schneickert holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
