Michele Trueba

An established presence in the Downtown Nashville, Tennessee, real estate community, Michele Trueba leverages nearly a decade of experience in sales and marketing. Maintaining designation as a Green Realtor from the National Association of Realtors, as well as memberships with the Nashville Downtown Partnership's Residential committee, Michele Trueba is currently a realtor at Avenue Real Estate in Nashville, a boutique firm where she specializes in providing HIGH-FASHION STYLISH corporate housing for clients visiting the downtown Nashville area.

Initially trained in fashion at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Ms. Trueba joined the real estate industry as a specialist in high-rise condominium sales in 2004. She worked as a sales consultant with Giarratana Development, where she became the top salesperson for most units sold in both the Bennie Dillon lofts and the Viridian, and leased hundreds of apartments in the Cumberland at 555 Church street.

In 2009, Michele Trueba was recruited by Sotheby’s International Realty - Nashville,as sales consultant for three years. There, she provided valuation services and sold properties for The Terazzo, a LEED residentail High-Rise in the Gulch, a Canyon-Johnson urban development project.
