Michelle Lambert is a Change and Knowledge Sharing practitioner who is passionate about all things to do with capability building in organisations.
Working in this area, especially in one of her key roles; facilitating the Award winning Knowledge Management Roundtable (KMRt) in Victoria, Michelle is constantly working with and learning about cutting edge practice, as well as demonstrated areas of better practice in the areas of Knowledge sharing and organisational change. She explores tools and methodologies including new collaborative technologies that can assist individuals communities and organisations in achieving their goals. She is constantly collaborating with other professionals to develop ways to build sustainable capability and share knowledge within organisations.
