Monika Scott is a comedian living in her home town of Los Angeles, CA. You may have heard her on The Dana Gould Hour or KCRW, or seen her being silly on Twitter or Instagram. Perhaps you know her from performing on shows like Hot Tub with Kurt and Kristen, or Sleepaway Camp? She's performed at such beloved venues as Meltdown Comics in Los Angeles, The Highwatt in Nashville, and Cynic Cave in San Francisco. Splitsider has called her a "vivid storyteller with poise and good humor."

-- Here is a comprehensive list of the content Monika is involved in --

She knows that she looks like she runs a successful Etsy store and probably knows how to crochet. She's really sorry she doesn't do either of those things. She does love to paint and draw goofy cartoons so she's still got the sense of whimsy that her look implies.

She DOES perform as much as she can and probably wants to be friends with you. She doesn't like booze but she LOVES buffalo wings, so (as you can imagine) she's a complex lady. She continues to love performing stand-up more than most things (except buffalo wings). She REALLY wants to do your show, but she's playing it cool. Why don't you email her at [email protected] if you'd like her to bring joy to your audience.

Aside from performing she was one of the founding members of the End of the World Show which is a standup and sketch show that showcases the people that are basically the funniest around.

She also works with Cleft Clips to help them produce things like Super Serious Show and Hot Tub with Kurt and Kristen and anything else they've got going on.

She also works at KCRW as a volunteer coordinator,
