Miguel Prado Lima was born in 1963 in Resistencia, Chaco Province, Argentina. He holds dual Spanish and Argentine citizenship.

He received his PhD in Educational Technology from the Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB) in Spain in 2008, with a thesis on the use of technology for environmental education. He also holds a Master's degree in Research in Educational Technology from the UIB and a Specialist degree in University Teaching from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN. Argentina,2002).

Dr. Prado Lima's research interests include e-learning, e-inclusion, and e-knowledge. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented his work at international conferences.

Dr. Prado Lima is a passionate advocate for the use of technology to improve education. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and workshops, and he works with teachers and administrators to help them implement technology in their classrooms.

In addition to his academic and professional work, Dr. Prado Lima is also a lawyer.(UNNE University, Argentina, 1988). He specializes in e-rights and contract drafting.
