I work with senior management teams to improve the quality of their decision-making processes.

With a background in global financial services and as a management scholar I have a unique insight to the real-world strategic decision-making challenges that executives face in uncertain and ambiguous environments.

My main research is in how visualisation techniques can be used by decision-makers to make sense of complex problems, reduce biases, and improve collective decision acceptance.

I facilitate workshops in managerial decision-making and strategy setting.
