Hey, I’m Milena, a senior community builder and program lead with 10+ years of experience growing communities and running both online and offline programs. I currently manage the Startup Founder Community Garaža, where I design and run community formats, programs, and partnerships that help founders grow and connect.

A big part of my work is supporting women in business through education, mentoring programs, and founder communities, and creating spaces where more women feel confident to build and scale. I’m based in Belgrade, Serbia, and I’m especially interested in startups, innovation, and design.
