A Silicon Valley software engineer by trade, Ming was the recipient of the prestigious Primetime Emmy® award in "Technical Excellence in Interactive TV", and has architected many innovative digital solutions for some of the largest brands in the world including Apple, Disney, HP, Microsoft, Nike, Sony and more prior to founding the agency in 2006.

An active member of EO (Entrepreneurs' Organization) and Vistage CEO Group, Ming serves as a proactive advocate for entrepreneurs everywhere.
