Hello.

I live in Bend, Oregon and own a Social Media Management business called Liquid Phoenix. I frequently team up with Make Good Creative and currently am working on a few local projects that revolve around better health and better connection in the Bend community. Empowered Strength has been my most recent project helping launch their brand and message of functional movement and specialized strength training. I also work with Newport Ave Market, an employee owned specialty grocery store in town. Previous accounts include Ranch at the Canyons, a Tuscan living inspired real estate company, Juice Counter, cold pressed juicery and Groove Yoga instructor Cynthia LaRoche.

I recently retired from USA swimming after training for the last Olympic Trials in the 50 freestyle. I have an itch for adventure and love finding new places in the PNW to explore. My experience in life has been to surround myself with a community that wants to build something bigger than their individual self for the greater good and that is exactly what I intend to do for Bend.

I also work with the LikeaGirl campaign teaching young girls to find their inner strength by challenging their bodies and believing in themselves. I've been a motivational speaker at schools advocating healthy lifestyles and the education opportunities that can come from participating in sports.
