Mark describes himself as a corporate expatriate, with an ongoing interest in the future of work in the enterprise. Mark has over 18 years experience across the IT and Service Management space, from the Financial Services and Insurance industries to Higher Education and Healthcare. Mark also is ITIL® Expert Certified and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Driven by a desire to explore the relationships between technology, social value, and organizational success, Mark spends most of his time seeking new ways to make value visible, not just from IT to the business but at a personal level for everyone involved.

Mark is currently a co-host for the podcast Hacking Business Technology and has been a frequent speaker, host, and presenter for ITSM Weekly the Podcast, TFT, Pink Elephant, ServiceNow Knowledge, BrightTalk, itSMF Fusion, and many others.

Mark lives in Atlanta and is also an amateur reader, insatiable futurist, failed art collector, orchestrion enthusiast, and general aficionado of the arts.
