As a manager and business cosultant I do business as Marc Wayne, Co. I've developed music artists by keeping a steady stream of shows and studio recording time. I help talent find themselves in fashion, marketing, and business and I've consulted models and an actors. I've researched and developed talent based on the requirements and advice of current industry professionals. My positions have included Co-Founder of 1Hunit Entertainment, LLC, a consultant for Urban Spotlight Media Group, and the producer of The Tyesha Talks Show. Tyesha Talks is a television talk show that covers music, current events, and entertainment in Florida. I also have 10 years of military experience, 8 of which were in managerial positions over information and technology installation, maintenance, and security, and 5 years in combat zones across the Middle East. As a student at Full Sail University I've prided myself in learning the logistics behind the business of music. I've paid special attention to leadership, marketing, and publicity. In my personal time I study trends and campaign tactics of my favorite artists through digital aggregators websites and blogs. My goal is to influence and motivate others to want and do more.
