Mohamad Khawandanah

Dr. Mohamad Khawandanah treats patients as chief oncology and hematology fellow at the Oklahoma University Health Science Center. Before beginning his post-doctoral education, he earned his bachelor of medicine and surgery from the University of Jordan School of Medicine in Amman. After coming to the United States, Dr. Mohamad Khawandanah attended electives courses in transplant surgery and hematology at the Cornell University Joan and Stanford I. Weill Medical College.

Later, Dr. Mohamad Khawandanah joined the internal medicine residency program at the Oklahoma University Health Science Center, where he served on the Cancer Committee and the Bone Marrow Transplant Committee and where he remains as a fellow in oncology and hematology .

In his private life, Dr. Mohamad Khawandanah pursues world travel, having visited such countries as Egypt, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, and France. Further, he enjoys following local sports teams like the Oklahoma City Thunder.
