Hi, I’m MO, a back-end software engineer with over 18 years of experience since starting my career in 2001.

I was one of the founding engineers at KakaoBank, Korea’s first and largest internet-only bank, where I contributed from its inception through to its IPO. My expertise lies in Java-based web application development, financial system architecture, and large-scale distributed systems.

As of February 2025, I have joined Meritz Securities as a back-end engineer, focusing on building a next-generation financial platform with an emphasis on community-driven investment features.
