David Molina
Building a bilingual staffing company from the ground up.
David is the Founder and CEO of BilingualHire, a Portland-based bilingual staffing company. Despite being told he was "too inexperienced and young" he co-founded the executive recruiting and consulting company at the age of 26. During his tenure on the Oregon Commission on Hispanic Affairs he helped grow membership and took initiative organizing numerous community forums on health care disparities, employment rights and civil rights, provided testimony to legislators and was a frequent on Portland's Univision and local Spanish-radio stations.
A patriot, he began his Army career as an enlisted and rose through the ranks earning an Officer commission with follow on assignments as Aide-de-Camp to an Assistant Division Commander-Operations (1-star), Summary Court Martial Officer and Plans/Training Officer for a unique war-time operation.
On his departure from OSU, he co-founded the Chicano/Latino Alumni group; at 19 he founded and co-organized Gente del Sol. A former high school dropout, he is a product of the migrant Student Leadership Program and first in his family to go to college.
Together with his better half, they are raising three daugthers, Maya, Paloma & Citlali.
