Currently working as part of the Innovation Ecosystem at Cognizant, growing a global network of innovation enablers and helping to accelerate innovation for our clients by collaborating and co-innovating with startups, academics, VC investors and accelerators.

Always a self-starter and committed to delivering the best results possible; worked as an independent marketing consultant for a variety of firms, including Intellect and University of Westminster. At the same time, greatly engaged with the startup community, helped to transform and grow one of the biggest London’s entrepreneurial networks Dreamstake into a profitable and sustainable venture. Gained invaluable business experience in the high growth startups, incl. Groupon.

Monika holds MSc in Business Innovation. Research focus included innovation systems, knowledge management and intellectual capital. In spare time she loves reading and if there's even more time - travelling and learning about other cultures.
