Moshe Schnapp

Moshe Schnapp, President of Los Angeles-based American Realty Group for over a decade, brings to the firm considerable experience in leadership roles, having presided over a number of other companies during his career. A Certified Public Accountant in Israel (though not currently practicing accounting), Mr. Schnapp has expertise in cost accounting, financial analysis, and statistical evaluation. Moshe Schnapp also possesses an in-depth understanding of real estate markets in several cities and countries around the world.

Before assuming his role at American Realty Group, Moshe Schnapp gained invaluable experience in the business world. He began his career at a CPA firm where he served as Manager until 1990. That year, he became the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Engel General Developers, a publicly traded company where he also held 5 percent ownership. Earlier in his career, Moshe Schnapp spent four years as Director and Chief Executive Officer for Genesis Development & Construction.

As a businessman and developer, Moshe Schnapp has lent his expertise to numerous projects in Israel, the United States, Russia, and Germany. He oversaw the completion of three schools and five gymnasiums in Israel as well as a complex for elderly individuals in Kfar Saba that encompasses more than 270 units. Also in Israel, he developed five commercial spaces and 10 residential buildings.

Moshe Schnapp holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics from the University of Haifa and a Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University. He also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Commercial and Industrial Economy from Pacific Western University.
