Hi, I'm Mikko. Perhaps I can be of use.

For me curiosity is essential – asking How and Why. Mine is of interdisciplinary nature but seems to focus on communication: understanding me, you and our (inter)actions.

I've also come to the conclusion that my Why lies in unique and elevating experiences.

I first found it through working at various events on production, HRM, and customer service. My cornerstones are Jyväskylän Kesä festival, Nordic Business Forum seminar and everything done with the people of Jelmu/Lutakko.

After my latest job at Raitala Music, I'm still of the same mind. As an Artist Manager and Agent I had the chance to represent some of the most prominent Finnish artists.

As of April 2023, my days have been filled with parenting. While at it, I'm taking a break from working but I am looking for something new for fall.
