Director of Tes Resources, the world's largest lesson sharing website.

Joined TES as a news reporter in 2002, then edited its news and comment pages before becoming deputy editor. Moved across into the technology side in 2013, launching a range of digital projects including the TES magazine and TES Jobs apps for IOS and Android, plus the @tes Twitter account.

Worked with the former schools minister Lord Jim Knight, on creating a social learning system for teacher development, making successful courses with London's UCL Institute of Education and the Open University.

Still blamed, among other things, for helping to coin the phrase "happy slapping".
