Megan Stemm-Wade

Megan is a highly experienced Instructional Designer, with seven years of specialiizing in higher education and translating classroom to online modes of learning. She has worked with a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs, and can stare down and master any learning management system.

A graduate of DePaul’s College of Communication, Megan holds a Master's Degree in Media and Cinema Studies. She has won several awards for writing about film history and media literacy issues. She has also published articles about her niche area: classroom films of the 1950s-1970s.

Megan is also a media literacy educator and cultural critic. She writes about movies, music, and culture at her blog mediamegan.com. Megan also has an outstanding commitment to dessert, her dog, and to trying to create a world where women love themselves enough to find the pleasure and joy in being exactly who they are, right now. Also, she kills at karaoke.
