Educated in few multiculturally rich institutions in Indonesia, Japan, and Australia, he has gained a good understanding of how to work with people from different socio cultural background.

Working as a teacher trainer, in the undergraduate program of the state institute of Islamic studies in Surabaya, a teacher trainer in the government teacher certification program, a teacher training consultant in The British Council Indonesia, a master teacher trainer and master teacher trainer mentor in an AusAid project in Indonesia have been his wonderful career experiences so far.

Currently he is a teacher and teacher trainer at the UINSA ( State Islamic University) Sunan Ampel Surabaya, Indonesia. His main interest is on education, technology, and especially technology integration in education
